Scituate Art Festival - Exhibitor Application

APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR THE SCITUATE ART FESTIVAL

The Festival Committee DOES NOT Mail Out Applications or Instructions

Since 1967, the Scituate Art Festival has been held every year during the Columbus Day long weekend - Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM - in Scituate, Rhode Island.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Spaces are 10' x 10'

Exhibitor fee is $250 for the three day event

We offer three categories for the festival:

Art

Crafts

Antiques

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
All applications should be sent between January 1st and March 30th.

In early May, the Selection Committee will meet to review new applications. By the end of May, your pictures and notification as to whether you have been selected to participate in the Scituate Art Festival will be mailed to you.

If accepted, the selection committee will notify you with an invitation, contract, and instructions.

To be considered by the Selection Committee, please send the following:

No more than 5 color photographs or slides that will be a good representation of your work;

A self-addressed stamped mailer for their return;

A brief description of your work and price range.
