Exhibitor Application
APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR THE SCITUATE ART FESTIVAL Since 1967, the Scituate Art Festival has been held every year during the Columbus Day long weekend - Saturday and Sunday
from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Monday from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. - in Scituate, Rhode Island.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- Spaces are 10' x 10'
- Exhibitor fee is $250 for the three day event
CATEGORIES
We offer three categories for the festival:
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
All applications should be sent between January 1st and March 30th.
In early May, the Selection Committee will meet to review new applications. By the end of May, your pictures and notification as
to whether you have been selected to participate in the Scituate Art Festival will be mailed to you.
If accepted, the selection committee will notify you with an invitation, contract, and instructions.
To be considered by the Art Selection Committee, please send the following:
- Four (4) color images that will be a good representation of the work you plan to sell plus one (1) color image of your
entire booth display. Photographs or JPEG images submitted on a CD are acceptable. JPEG Images should be
hi-resolution. Photographs and CD's must be labeled with the applicant's name, address, and media. Do not send slides.
- A self-addressed stamped mailer for their return.
- A brief description of your work and price range.
- Do not send a check for the booth fee until after you receive your letter notifying you of the Selection Committee's decision.
To be considered by the Craft or Antique Selection Committee, please send the following:
- No more than 5 color photographs that will be a good representation of your work;
- A self-addressed stamped mailer for their return;
- A brief description of your work and price range.
- Do not send a check for the booth fee until after you receive your letter notifying you of the Selection Committee's decision.
